This Notice applies to information we collect when you visit or use our U.S. mobile applications, websites, or other online services that link to this Notice (the “Services”), when you visit our teahouse locations, when you participate in our CHAGEE Rewards program, when you contact our customer support team, when you interact with our marketing and promotional activities, or when you otherwise interact with us in the United States.

We may provide different or additional notices for certain products, services, programs, or activities. Those notices supplement or replace the disclosures in this Notice to the extent of any conflict with respect to the products, services, programs, or activities they describe.

We may update this Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. TARGETED ADVERTISING, CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING, AND ANALYTICS

We engage third-party advertising networks, social media platforms, ad-tech providers, analytics providers, and similar partners to deliver targeted advertising and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. These third parties may use Tracking Technologies (including pixels, cookies, SDKs, and mobile advertising identifiers) deployed on our Services to collect information about your interactions with our websites, mobile apps, and marketing communications over time and across other websites, apps, and online services. We also may disclose identifiers we hold (such as a hashed version of your email address or phone number) to these partners so they can match, expand, or measure their audiences.

The categories of personal information that may be disclosed to, or collected by, these third parties through our Services include: (i) identifiers such as cookie IDs, pixel IDs, mobile advertising IDs, device identifiers, IP address, and hashed contact identifiers; (ii) internet or other electronic network activity information, including pages and products viewed, links and buttons clicked, items added to cart, time-on-page, and conversion events; and (iii) inferences drawn from this information (such as inferred interests or product affinities).

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@chagee.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Account Information and Deletion

If you have a CHAGEE account, you can review and update certain information stored in your account at any time by signing into the app and visiting “Me” → “Profile.” You can delete your CHAGEE account by visiting “Me” → “Settings” → “Delete account.”

Marketing Communications

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from CHAGEE by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in the email, by adjusting your preferences in the app at “Me” → “Settings” → “Access Settings” → “Marketing Communications,” or by contacting us at support@chagee.com.

You may opt out of push notifications through your device settings.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages (such as order confirmations, account and security notices, and important service announcements).

Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Tracking Technologies

Most web browsers are set by default to accept cookies. You can usually adjust your browser settings to remove, block, or reject cookies, although doing so may impair the functionality of our Services.

Precise Location

You can control whether we collect precise device location through your device or app settings. Turning off location services may limit the functionality of certain features of the Services (for example, mobile-order-ahead or teahouse location services).

Shine the Light (California)

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosures Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with us may opt out of our disclosure of their personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes if you have opted out. HOW WE PROTECT AND RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet or stored on any system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CHAGEE account credentials and for keeping your devices secure.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, if the changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services or interactions with us after the updated Notice becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Notice.
